I started listening to the Geobreeze Podcast last year, and I have learned sooo much from Julia’s podcast! She has had some many knowledgeable guests that have been travel hacking for over ten years! I was so honored when she asked me to be on the show as I still feel like such a newbie! I think it also shows that you can learn (and EARN!) a lot in a short period of time if you are passionate about the material! You can listen to my episode here!
In this episode, I share a lot about our first big redemption trip to Maui in April 2021! In the episode, I estimated that we saved about $4,500, but I did the math and it’s actually over $6,500 from our April 2021 and closer to $10,000 from our December trip! And we used more points in April at about 350,000 points and closer to 250,000 in December. This is mostly due to using more Hyatt Hotels, less airport hotels, and using some Southwest travel funds that were expiring soon!
